Thank you everyone for your expressed interest in both days. For those that may still be considering their participation. I just wanted to confirm that our scheduling conflict has been resolved, and the weekend of the 20th and 21st is when this event will be held. Both courses have been been posted to the Schimek in calendar.

Good afternoon fellow climbers!

I would like to inquire about the level of interest in people wishing to participate in advanced snow skills this year? For those of you that have not participated in the day before, it is a two day commitment.
Day one: builds upon the skills we learn in intermediate snow skills. Many of these skills are great for those wishing to become assistant leaders, or expand their toolbox for person climbs. We stay the night on the mountain in snow shelters or bring your 4 season tent and build wind walls.
Day two: you will assist me in instructing our intermediate students. Teaching build upon their new snow day skills and teaching them to be more proficient rope team members.

Tentative dates are 4/20 Adv & 4/21 Int, but may be bumped to 4/11 Adv & 4/12 Int due to scheduling conflicts.

If you are interested in participating would you please reach out to me? Your feedback will allow me to solidify my decision on the dates. If you cannot make Advanced snow skills or have participated before, and are willing to help with the intermediate skills instruction it would also be greatly appreciated.

Please email me directly at salaz82@yahoo.com

Thank you in advance!

Chris
