Buck Mountain Loop-Silver Falls State Park

About this event

The Buck Mt. Loop is a gorgeous, backcountry trail. There are no falls on this trail, but large trees and a forest, lush with moss and ferns. We'll encounter very few hikers (as opposed to the canyon trails) and perhaps a few bikes and horses.  The elevation and altitude can be challenging, so be prepared.  Also, be prepared for muddy conditions in spots.  To participate, please contact the leader by 12:00 noon the day prior.
