Dimple Hill and Horse Trail Loop
About this event
This hike begins with a steady climb to the top of Dimple Hill which is about the halfway point and then mostly downhill on the return. There are 3-4 obstacles of downed trees that require maneuvering either over or around. Hiking is mostly trails with a short section on gravel road. It takes us through forested areas with some opportunities to get distracted by valley views. As the name suggests this is a mixed-use trail, so we will likely encounter horses, bikers and other hikers enjoying the trail.
