Mount Hebo Hike

It seemed destined to be a good day when a juvenile bear crossed the road in front of the car just prior to reaching the trailhead. That encounter was perhaps indeed a good omen as it turned out to be an excellent hike. We were treated to nearly perfect weather, excellent views, a very nice wildflower display and great company.
Hikers were Sumon Montri, Pam Thomas, Ann Adamick and leader Tom Burke.
