Take a step back in time to visit an area that displays the natural history of the Willamette Valley. We may see the following animals: western meadowlark, streaked horned lark, northern harrier, Canadian geese, acorn woodpecker, great-horned owl, western pond turtles, red-legged frogs, and elk. We will learn about the cultural history of the Kalapuya people, who inhabited this area, and early European settlers.
