Trail Maintenance

The Chemeketans periodically organize trail maintenance outings to help maintain trails. Trail maintenance includes trimming of vegetation, tread work on trails and repair/replacement of bridges etc. No other Chemeketan hikes are scheduled on trail maintenance days. You are encouraged to participate.

A free USFS Northwest Trail Pass will be issued to all those who participate in three (3) full days of trail maintenance work. Contact Larry Petersen if you have suggestions regarding trail maintenance or a trail you would like to be included for maintenance.

Come join fellow Chemeketans for a fun day and an opportunity to support the upkeep of the trails we all use and enjoy.
