Canoeing
A wide variety of canoe, kayak & raft trips for various skill levels are scheduled from May through October. Registration with the leader is required for ALL trips to help determine proper skill levels & equipment needs. If you do not own a canoe, let the leader know when you call. Space in a canoe, an extra paddle, and a life jacket may be available. Spring Canoe School will teach basic strokes, safety and refresh skills. If you have suggestions for additional trips, or have a favorite trip you would like to lead, contact Canoe Chairperson L. Schellin at (503) 363-7777.

Trips are planned between April and September. Final details for all trips are published in the monthly Bulletins. Check the Activities Calendar for the most recent scheduled trips.  Life jacket MUST be worn for all trips with a whistle attached per state law.
